Terms and Conditions – Complete Pest Co

These Terms and Conditions apply to all pest control services provided by Complete Pest Co (“the Company”). By booking or engaging in our services, you (“the Client”) agree to the following:

1. Service Agreement 

• The Company will provide pest control services to the Client as agreed upon at the time of booking. All services are conducted professionally, using safe and approved pest control products.

2. Booking Confirmation 

• Online Bookings: All online bookings made through the Company’s website or other digital platforms are final upon submission. Once an online booking is submitted, it is automatically confirmed by the Company, regardless of whether a confirmation email or SMS is received by the Client.

• Other Bookings: Bookings made via phone, email, or other means are considered confirmed once acknowledged by the Company.

3. Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations with Less than 2 Business Days’ Notice: If the Client cancels a scheduled service with less than 2 business days’ notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply.

• Cancellations with Less than 1 Business Day’s Notice: If the Client cancels a scheduled service with less than 1 business day’s notice, the full service cost will apply.

• No Shows: If the Client fails to attend or provide access to the property at the scheduled time, the full service cost will apply.

4. Rescheduling 

• Clients may reschedule their appointments without penalty if notice is given at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled service. Rescheduling with less than 2 business days’ notice may incur a fee as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment Terms 

• Payment for all services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. The Company accepts payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods specified at the time of booking.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified in any outstanding invoice. (5% + Current Cash Rate)

6. Service Guarantee & Warranty 

• The Company guarantees the effectiveness of its pest control treatments for the period outlined at the time of service. If pest issues persist within the guarantee period, the Client may request a follow-up treatment free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty covers only the treatment of the affected areas where pests are present. It does not cover a full-house respray unless deemed necessary by the technician.

• Warranties are subject to the Technician’s assessment on the day of the service. Any warranty quotes provided by the office are for reference only and may not be accurate. The level of infestation will determine the actual warranty issued, which is at the sole discretion of the Technician on-site.

• The Client must follow all post-treatment guidelines provided by the Technician to maintain the warranty coverage.

7. Liability 

• The Company will take all reasonable care to prevent damage during the provision of services. However, the Client agrees that the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the services provided, except where negligence is proven.

8. Client Responsibilities 

• The Client must provide access to the property at the agreed service time and ensure the area is prepared as instructed by the Company prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service with fees applied as per the Cancellation Policy.

9. Health & Safety 

• The Company will provide safety instructions before and after the service. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all persons and pets follow the provided safety guidelines during and after the pest control treatment.

10. Changes to Terms 

• The Company reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
